We offer a 22-months post-doctoral position in the area of quantum computing (including quantum annealing), quantum programming, artificial intelligence, and physical systems simulations with the emerging near-term technology at the Institute of Theoretical and Applied Informatics, Polish Academy of Sciences (IITiS PAN), Gliwice, Poland.

The position is founded by the Polish National Science Centre project, Sonata Bis 10 titled “Simulations of physical systems with near-term annealing technology.” The involved post-doctoral researcher is expected to participate in the activities of the Quantum Systems of Informatics Group, including the supervision of young researchers, as well as pursuing their own research programme. The position does not include any teaching obligations.
