Prof. Erol Gelenbe from IITiS PAN has been awarded the honour of "Commandeur de l'Ordre National du Merite"

Prof. Erol Gelenbe from IITiS PAN was awarded the honour of "Commandeur de l'Ordre National du Merite" by a decree of President Emmanuel Macron that was published in the Journal Officiel on 30th May 2019. He was one of only 2 academics thus recognised this year. The ceremony took place the 3rd July, Prof. Erol Gelenbe was decorated by Ms. Frédérique Vidal, minister of l'Enseignement supérieur, de la Recherche et de l'Innovation.
